First visit to Daytona beach area and Max Beach Resort didn't disappoint! From check in to check out we were extremely happy with everyone who worked there. From the front desk to the restaurant employees and bartenders! The rooms were spacious and gorgeous. We will definitely be back again!

I’ll start off by saying. If you are looking for a warm welcome, this is not the place! The front desk concierge’s don’t know how to smile or make guest feel comfortable. Veryyyy dry, specifically Lydia. Be sure not to ask for anything or she will make you feel like you’re bothering her. The staff at the bar and restaurant were completely opposite. Very kind people. The food was good. The two bedroom suite we stayed in was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. We had plenty of towels and the amenities were really fun. We payed extra for an Oceanside view but it’s really half ocean view half parking lot street view. Based on the other reviews on here, I can see the staff is saying that the only ocean view is a 3 bedroom. WELLL maybe you guys should mention that on your booking websites instead of false advertising?! I mentioned this to the concierge but she made it seem like I was the one who was crazy.

This is a gem along the strip. Right in the action but not the super crazy part. Takes a little while for the cars to start parking around there. This place has spoiled us. It’s a condo build that decided to hotel model until the market improves. You get great accommodations. Very large executive units with upscale feel. Fantastic location. The patio downstairs is great with a full bar and restaurant open to the beach side but private for guests only. Fantastic recreation room with pool tables, foosball, and table shuffle board games. Price keeps going up every year and they have started selling the units. We hope it doesn’t change too much.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel apartment! The staff was absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The gym was a real highlight, offering an incredible view that made workouts even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was very well equipped, including a washing machine and dryer, which made the stay super convenient. The balcony with a sea view was the perfect touch - great for relaxing and taking in the scenery. There were also great leisure options like billiards and table football, which made the stay even more fun. The only downside was the parking, which was quite expensive… but overall, still a great experience.
